How do I return an item?

You have 60 days to request a return or refund. In addition, our Return policy requires you to send an email for a RMA authorization. Upon receipt of your return request, we will then provide you with an RMA confirmation. If the item is USED in any way, the consumer will be subject to a 30% restocking fee, no questions asked. If the item is received new, in the original packaging, and can be sold as brand new, no restocking fee will be assessed. If you paid for shipping for your item, we will gladly refund your money.

On any custom ordered items, such as uppers, barrels, rifles, lower receivers with options added, or bolt action rifles; non-inventory pistols, shotguns, or rifles, there is a 50% deposit due immediately at purchase, and in some cases, full purchase is required. If within 60 days your order is not delivered, and you wish to receive a full refund, you may do so via email request, or calling us directly. After 60 days, and the item has not been received, or the order has not yet been fulfilled, and you request a refund, a 50% restocking fee/cancellation fee will apply.
